The idea of selling it to a business venture is a good idea.
It's probably thorny like Palo verde, so I wouldn't personally want it. And not good near a lawn (too much growth.)

I've found trimming palm trees runs $50 per tree. If you have a large tree (not palm) trimming runs between $250-$350 depending on the size.

Removing a tall palm tree including stump is $450-$500.

Prices are often negotiable.

I had a couple of trees that needed to go. One was a Star Pine, A Beautiful Tree, but notorious for the top breaking out and well you can figure out the rest. The other was a Jacaranda. Again a Beautiful Tree, but very dirty and the blooms will take the paint right off your car. So I turned to "Yelp" for reviews. I looked for tree removal service in my zip code and I read all the reviews for every tree cutter. Then I called and made an appointment for an estimate. If they showed up on time or early . If they showed up late or no show . Then I decided what was reasonable. This is how I made the decision. And as it turned out, once the trees were gone, they cleaned up so good, you would never know they had been there. Here ya go https://www.yelp.com/search?find_desc=tree%20removal%20service&find_loc =Phoenix%2C%20AZ
I hope this helps
