I deferred to my Magic 8 Ball and it has decided "better not tell you now".

I'm quite sure there are people who have done so: whether any of them frequent this forum is another question. Exactly why are you 'just curious"? Like with any thread here, you will get better answers if you ask a more specific question.

No one has ever moved anywhere, ever, at any point in time.

I lived in Rio Rico for four years. Came back to AZ four years later, and bought two homes in Phoenix. A lot of the upwardly mobile from Nogales end up in Phoenix or Tucson. U of A has a campus in Nogales, and attracts quite a few, and is closer, so you see a big Tucson influence, but their are better career opportunities in PHX. I personally like Nogales, except for the international sewage problems that flow into it.. EPA won't take care of it.

“I personally like Nogales, except for the international sewage problems...”

You misspelled “San Diego.”

TJ river is a disgusting situation.
