I was browsing through Phoenix and saw this neighborhood.

Looks to be close to Loop 101. I guess the neighborhood is called "Legend at ArrowHead Golf Resort"

Anyone here know what these homes sell for? Good area?

It's a VERY nice area. I look in there every so often. It's part of Arrowhead Lakes. These homes are all on the water so they are more pricey. I believe they start at least $500k-$600k, some smaller homes would be in the $400k's (not on water). But many are over $1mil.

Yes, it is very nice if you can afford it. My sister lives there and it is upper class.

Nice enough but is in Glendale which does not have much in the way of shopping or dining. It was a blue collar suburb for decades and has now developed some higher income neighborhoods. Arrowhead lakes is fairly nice, though getting somewhat older. I think you'll find houses in the $high $300's to $700 - most in the under $500K range. The golf and lakes are nice if you can find a view lot.

The 101 cuts right through Arrowhead. Every exit except 75th Ave. is built up and Bell has miles of shopping. You may not be able to find $2,000 shoes or a $150 steak in Arrowhead, everything else in here.

You'll also be close to the 101 if you feel the need to take a short drive over to Scottsdale and pamper your feet/belly.

Are you serious?

What about Arrowhead Mall and the whole stretch of Bell Rd between 75th Ave and the 101 that is lined with stores and restaurants on both sides? The Arrowhead area, north of Union Hills and west of 51st Ave is filled with both chain restaurants but also a lot of independent places.

I agree. It is a VERY nice area, and sablebaby's home price statements are true. And, lots of great shopping and restaurants in that area too.
