Goldberg and Osborns commercials are antiquated IMO. Saturation sure but they look straight out of 1997. Their jingle focuses on the phone number when people are more inclined to use websites unlike newer lawyer advertising. Hence why Lerner and Rowe advertises a phone app and Breyer Law has a memorable website that fits their overall theme.

Also bear in mind that paid ads are making their way to Hulu, YouTube, and streaming services that younger audiences are watching.

That's good that the paid lawyer ads are on Hulu, YouTube, and other streaming services if you are a marketer, because the more viable audience from a video content POV is there as compared to traditional TV set live and DVR viewing.

I agree that being too reliant on the phone to start an interaction isn't good. While I think there's still a segment that would make a phone call, more and more people would use an app or a website as the first mode of contact.

I never buy anything based on TV ads. When it comes to vehicles I go by Consumer Reports and The Car Book.

My rule of thumb is that the more heavily advertised something is the worse it is.
That is the current trend in TV adds, making men in a very particular demographic look stupid while women or other men of a different demographic look smart. It's a trend of the last few years. Not hard to spot.

They're all obviously successful ads. They've made all of you remember the company name and what it does. That's the purpose of advertising

May well be the purpose but it doesn't always work that way. Annoying commercials are a factor when I decide where and how to spend my money. I can't conceive of ever doing business with ACbyJ for example.

Right! And the Husband & Wife Law Team is the last place I would go for legal services! It's easy to remember the name of their firm, because the advertising works!
