I am Disabled and will be flying into the Phoenix Airport and wonder if there are Uber or Cabs there for people to get a ride to their Hotel
at the Airport? I have never been to this Airport but I am sure it is huge and a hassle for a Disabled person to get around...

There are more airports. But I'm assuming you're arriving at Sky Harbor. As to Uber, take a look at their site.

Phoenix is the 5th largest city in the United States. If you need something, it's gonna have it.

Yes, you can get an Uber or Lyft directly from Sky Harbor. There are also people available to help push a wheelchair and gather your luggage if needed. Please remember to tip them.

Not only taxis and rideshare, but the SkyTrain might also be a convenient way of getting to your destination. It's free, and can take you to the light rail station on Washington Street (see link below). Not sure if you have booked a hotel room yet, but there's Crowne Plaza right at the corner of 44th & Washington, to which you can just take the SkyTrain, and walk to the hotel.

Thinking back to when I had a relative who needed a wheelchair, I think she put a request in to the airlines, in advance, and a porter met her at the gate and got her into a cab.
