Another Payroll tax question for Arizona. (income, income tax, live in)

Hello,

I have read some posts about payroll taxes but I'm not quite sure if I understand it completly. So please bare with me. I understand that in my payroll that there will not be any city tax, no matter what city I work or live in will be taken out, is that correct?

Now could someone tell me please what the AZ state income tax rate is?

Now, for withholding from your paycheck you would use a form A-4 form on which you would choose a withholding percentage which would be a percentage of your federal dollars withheld from your pay and here is the link to that:
