There are a lot of Christian schools that are not evangelical but are Episcopal or Lutheran.

And those usually have the name "Episcopal" or "Lutheran" in them or at minimum don't have the word "Christian" in them. Phoenix Christian or Northwest Christian are evangelical schools.

As long as that win-win doesn't include harassing people in your HOA when you drop in for 30 days a year and throw your weight around to the detriment of the facility and community. I lived in one such HOA. I learned to hate more than a few snowbirds for that reason. People who stay in their vacation home 30 days a year should not be on any kind of board, educational or otherwise.
