Hello everyone,

Husband and I are looking for a real estate agent in Maricopa County who specializes in raw land sales. If you have any recommendations we would appreciate it!

It is actually against the forum rules to recommend any Realtors. I am sure a couple will comment here (They have to identify as a Realtor in their username) and can DM you but we can't openly recommend one.

I question whether you really want raw land or a vacant parcel? Raw land is typically undeveloped, unzoned, unimproved land that will require significant resources such as surveying, adding easements, bringing in utilities, etc. Vacant land usually means parcels that are zoned, legal access and have utilities within a reasonable distance.
Are you planning to build for yourself, or develop for resale?

Look at www.landwatch.com or www.unitedcountry.com...you will see Realtors in the areas you are interested, specializing in land.

There was someone at Ranch Realty named Bill Eamer who - oddly, for the company - had an interest in land, not homes. I don't know if he's any good, so this isn't a recommendation, but you could inquire.

But I notice the OP never bothered to come back, so I don't know how serious the request was.
