I'm planning our company's first retreat for our 6 remote employees in various states. We want to host it in Scottsdale, so I'm looking for lodging recommendations to book 6 rooms that are:
- villa or condo style with 2 queens or 1 king
- room to hold meeting for 1/2 a day
- 10-20 minutes maximum from airport
- airport shuttle would be nice but not necessary

Any rec's? I've done a lot of googling and have only found a couple accomodations like that.

I'm not looking for a typical hotel (reason being, I don't want to get stuck with 6 rooms on a bottom level with rooms on top of us and kids or people being loud and running around).

Thanks

Not sure what your budget is or if you really have to be in the city of Scottsdale, but some options not in Scottsdale: Hermosa Inn; Camelback Inn; Biltmore (cottage rooms)

We used to stay at the Scottsdale Plaza Resort every labor day weekend and liked it a lot. However now that the kids are grown we haven't been there in about 7 years since all our relatives are in the West Valley.

I think Scottsdale is more than 20 minutes from the airport.

If money is no object, JW Marriott Camelback Resort has wonderful villas, and plenty of meeting space.

Having said that, I’ve stayed at Scottsdale Plaza per above post. It’s fine, if more pedestrian. Well set up for meetings and centrally located.
