I saw this for another city and thought it would be a good way to understand people from different neighborhoods.

Don't know the name of the neighborhood but it's where the Japanese Garden is located. Nice apartment complexes and some of the homes in the area must run 700k.

On a Sunday morning:

1. a group of people dressed in bike gear and riding about.

2. couples pushing a baby stroller.

3. homeless on the side or behind a building getting high or sleeping.

4. young couples seated in a coffee shop chatting and getting to know each other.

5. homeless pushing shopping carts

Would be a great mix for a party.

One of the responses was the following re: Phoenix:

Coronado/Encanto: Hipster web-designer talking to another person exactly like him about the best new bar
South Scottsdale: Preppy dude talking about crypto and his used Tesla
Tempe: College girl at her first house party getting hit on by South Scottsdale
Mesa: Introverted LDS kid who wasn't invited
South PHX: Your Hispanic friend
Maryvale: The drug dealer
Glendale: Poor hipster who works at a vape shop
Further West than Glendale: Utterly average girl getting hit on by Glendale
North Scottsdale: Really hot girl, out of your league, and you are to scared to talk to her (but secretly attracted to Maryvale)
Paradise Valley: Rich dude, the only one who would approach North Scottsdale
North Phoenix: To old to be at this party, but doesn't want to settle down
Sun City: The neighbor calling the cops

Gilbert: wine mom in a large sun hat telling everyone how hard it was to come up with 5 names that start with M and end in some form of ‘leigh’, but she pulled it off.

Eastlake Neighborhood: One of the only ones actually enjoying the party. The party is right up the street, so we just wanted walked there. All the far flung suburbs had to battle traffic on various freeways, search for parking, and spend $100+ on a gas refill in order to get home. They're depressed and resting on the couch while Eastlake is right there vibing

The old geezer from Mesa is also enjoying himself. Mingling in and out of all the weirdness.

It's one of Phoenix's oldest and most culturally vibrant neighborhoods. Here's some info, there's plenty more out there too:

Got it, I always thought that was part of the Garfield neighborhood.
