dookie.. climate issues are definitely not keeping me here, just a house and the need for a job, but we manage wherever we are.

The heat is not that bad, take it from I'm coming from New York, and it is very tolerable, don't let the temperature scare you away, I bet it is not as bad as you are made to believe.

I'm from the Bay Area and San Diego and believe me....it's an adjustment. It's a dang ghost town in the summer here BUT you get use it not going outside and deal with it. My boys are 16 and 11.

NytoPhx- my parents would beg to differ.. they uprooted themselves from Seattle to come here so they could be closer to their grandson and just couldn't tolerate the summer no matter how much they wanted to be here. They ended up moving to Denver.
