Indeed. Have you seen the new label for "Arizona Highways" (magazine) on Bashas' Dozen Eggs? The photo on the packaging is what looks like the Superstition Mountains. It's just got to be the talk of every town in Arizona! Oh, BTW, congrads to Jonny Bashas as he has now lowered the prices and are now Bashas is cheaper than Albertsons and Safeway in Flagstaff...

Wink Apache Junction

My wife and I have missed Arizona since 1998. We love the climate and lived in Mesa and often went to AJ as well.a

We also love the cool green mountains in Oregon abd Washington but a lot of rain does get to us. Eastern Oregon is frigid right now - just as Missouri has been.

We expect to return to Apache Junction when we can. We're bird watchers and used to the heat - we always take extra water with us when we travel in the summer.

Probably one of the most beautiful scenes we've ever experienced is the Lower Salt River canyon. We were on our way to Showlow and it was evening so we couldn't stop to fully enjoy it but those red rock cliffs all around were fabulous. Only a couple place we've been were comparable in our view. Superior has some nice red rock cliffs and scenery too.
