AZ eats batteries(and tires), 2 years are about right. I used to carry a power pack with me when I went into the desert to jumpstart my car just in case.

My 1989 Toyota Supra turbo went through a battery in 3 months or less. I was driving the battery shop crazy, because they had to replace it for free under warranty.

And it does not matter whether they are sealed, wet, lithium, they all get toasted by the AZ heat.

I get 5 years from mine I always use distilled water check it once a month if you don't drive it much put a trickle charger on it fastest way to kill a battery is run it out of water, use tap water, or let it sit not keep it charged. I have been using costco batteries their return policy is best in the business they don't ask you a question just swap it. Autozone will run you though all kinds of test's, and their prices are twice as high in some cases. I checked with sams club their policy was about the same as autozone prices were the same. The only thing I notice about Costco interstate batteries is they leak around the post sometimes they will warranty that, and costco doesn't install batteries for you have to do it yourself.
