Hello,

My husband and I and our two kids are close to signing on a house in furthest eastern section of Queen Creek, in Pinal county.

I would really love it if anyone could tell me about the schools. Are they good/bad/okay?? My daughter is in elementary school.

I know the traffic is bad, but could anyone guess the commute time to I-10 and Chandler blvd? My husband works 7am to 3:30pm.

Anything else I need to know? I'd appreciate it sooo very much.

~Steph

He's going to miss out on a lot of home life. He'll be driving at least one hour to work, probably more. (if he could fly it's about 25 to 30 miles in a straight line) Depending on where in QC, it might be faster to drop south to 287/87 west to 387, then head south to I-10, then up to Chandler Blvd. I patrolled AJ for 21 years and our district office is in Casa Grande. All the building in between made the drive a pain. He's probably going to want to experiment with different routes, but if you'll give me your cross streets, I can plot a couple possible routes for him.

What part of Pinal County? Closer to Johnson Ranch or closer to Ironwood/ocotillo? Depending on which area, your commute time would be different. From the Ironwood/Ocotillo area, prob about 45 min, JR at least an hour
