You keep harping on the speeding issue, and constantly relate it to capital offenses such as murder. You need to familiarize yourself more with the law, and the reasons why punishment for certain offenses differs from other offenses. Speeding is mostly a CIVIL violation, and punishable by fines ... whereas murder (and other such crimes) are FELONIES, and punishable by long prison terms, or even death. Society does not want murderers, rapists, arsonists, child molestors, etc. to get a mere slap on the wrist and carry on as free citizens. Those miscreants of society violated others' Constitutional rights and/or took innocent lives. The vast majority of speeders are not out to kill or torment people ... they drive fast for legitimate reasons in most cases.

Now, if you still insist that speeders are just as law breaking as murderers, consider this: those who drive too slowly on freeways outside of the right lanes would be just as guilty because they are also breaking the law. They are in clear violation of Arizona's statute concerning slower traffic keeping to the right. Not only that, they are purely inconsiderate, arrogant idiots for not moving to the right lane, or off the freeway entirely.

Why do you, yes you, drive slow in the left hand lane in front of your children even though it is against the law. By driving in the left lane slow you are teaching your children to become lawless murdering, thieving, suicide bombing terrorists. Yes it follows! By the same token you teach them the same thing when you drive 1MPH over the limit. Anyone who thinks they always follow the PSL is deluding themselves. 99% of people speed every day. Therefore 99% of people are teaching their children to become degenerate scumbags. And don't let me get into rolling stops at lights and stop signs. Yes the logic is clear and impeccable.

The keep right law, FYI. Check out the "B" section:

28-721. Driving on right side of roadway; exceptions

A. On all roadways of sufficient width, a person shall drive a vehicle on the right half of the roadway except as follows:

1. When overtaking and passing another vehicle proceeding in the same direction under the rules governing the movement.

2. When the right half of a roadway is closed to traffic while under construction or repair.

3. On a roadway divided into three marked lanes for traffic under the rules applicable on the roadway.

4. On a roadway designated and signposted for one-way traffic.

B. On all roadways, a person driving a vehicle proceeding at less than the normal speed of traffic at the time and place and under the conditions then existing shall drive the vehicle in the right-hand lane then available for traffic or as close as practicable to the right-hand curb or edge of the roadway, except when overtaking and passing another vehicle proceeding in the same direction or when preparing for a left turn at an intersection or into a private road or driveway.
