That is pure genius, now I want to do that just to see the look on there face.

Only crime was a stereo stolen out of my brothers truck.

I've never experienced any crime here with the exception of when I was shot in the leg by a thief at the bank and he stole my walllet and car.

Hmmmm. Living around 59th & Camelback in Glendale, and surprisingly - Not a thing has happened to us. (Knock on wood.) No break-ins, no stolen cars, not even vandalism. It's surprising. This is the house my mother grew up in, too, so - Going back to 1959, that's a pretty good track record, I'd say.

My aunt and uncle used to live up on 35th Avenue & Bell - they had their vehicles stolen about six times.

Phoenix is a haven for criminals. Today in the mail we got information on a Class 2 rgistered sex offender that has moved in four blocks away. If you are a victim of crime, the police do nothing more than send a inceident report in mail for your insurance company. Our propety and auto insurance has gone up three times in the past m two years because of the crime stats. I am a grandmother and have started carrying a gun (loaded and ready to use) EVERYWHERE I go in Phoenix. This is a dangerous place to live.
The Biltmore is such a dangerous part of the city. Your story makes complete sense and is very credible. After all, it's not like you have a reputation of criticizing Phoenix.

I haven't had anything but noise problems. Nor has anyone i know had these problems everyone lists. I don't go out to bars, talk to random strangers, or clubs where i can increase my chance of being a victim. I limit my networking to very few, if not, zero others beyond family blood. People are too trusting of others and become a victim because of it. I'm not refering to saying Hi to your neighbor either. My godparents have had their vehicles stolen multiple times and im sure it has to do with the people they meet, talk with, and associate with.

Another example is someone online i communicated with, gave an example of his car being broken into and stereo stolen. Well he finds out weeks later its his ex-girlfriend's brother that stole the stereo.
