Wife and I were both out to Phoenix and really liked your city- Thought we could get some information here- We are looking at a home south of Camel Back, and north of 10 And think from what we can see, it looks like a very nice area and a reasonable price-

I also understand they are Building a New Spring Training Facility on Camelback and 107th, which could be nice-- Can anyone offer any Input to this area? Remember, we are from NJ, so have seen our fair share of crime and NJ is the A$$hole of the US- Both of us have hat it and seek another Start--

Any Input?

Please email me at CraigJudeHetze@gmail.com, if it's not too much of a problem and it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Craig

I tired to email you, but the email bounced back as undeliverable...

Anyway, this was what I had to say:

We live in Goodyear, which is wonderful. We do have friends who live right near CB & 107th and they say it's okay, but wish they lived further west. The area is fairly new, and there's a decent shopping center right at Camelback & the 101 (about a mile or three for 107th).

There is indeed a Spring Training facility there, and there's also one in Arrowhead and another in Goodyear.

Let me know if I can help you with any other info.
