I have to admit I love the way they all turned out but I especially like the 1st one because of the kewl blur effect. I'm also fond of the Pizza Inn pick...I had a LOT great nights at that place! The last pick is taken looking back west towards my apartment complex from the frontage road right before ya get to Denny's...ya can't really see much in it but the sky looks nice.
Enjoy!

P.S. I'll keep digging around for more.
More cool pics. I was hoping you got one of the old sign on the freeway side. Now if I can find someone who did for PV mall what you did for Golf 'n' Stuff I'll be thrilled Thanks again Randy!

I think they realized that minor flaw with having plexiglass in the guardrail panels, and they replaced them with panels you couldn't see through
I remember that as well.

Re; Your previous post. Yes Hot Sam was in the middle of the mall somewhere and I wan't to say that The Int Cafe was near the Schreoder's
Pianos but I'm not sure.

BTW have you guys seen this....

Here's another picture of the Mall around the time it opened. This was around 1974 or so, looking just southwest of the mall. Note the perimeter of the mall (Metro Parkway) - Not much around it, the white round building is still there, and it's a soup and salad place now.

You can also see what I-17 looked like back then, with oleanders in the median of the freeway, and nothing on the east side of I-17. That was all farms back then, now it's hotels, office buildings and a lot of restaurants.

I've seen this one before as well as a couple of variations of the postcard
but this is a larger sized pic. Thx Mike.

How about some early Paradise Valley Mall pics. Anyone?

There were taken on a gorgeous afternoon in November of '84 on that little hill at Cave Creek & Behrend which is just a little way north of Union Hills. In the 1st pic that's my beloved Pinto down on the lower right parked in what is now probably someone's living room! Hope you guys like these. I'll post the rest ASAP
