I race go karts and know of the PKRA track north of Peoria. I was wondering if anyone has raced at the track and what their impressions were.

Also, are there any other tracks to race at in the greater Phoenix area? Thanks for the help.

There's indoor tracks at Washington and 48th Street, and another at Broadway and 24th.

Did one of those time trial/grand prix deals last May and my body ached for days afterward.

Firebird Raceway (where Bondurant's located) might have something.

The only other track that I know of is part of the Bondurant school property and is only used for their classes. Some of the clubs like SCCA or NASA used to have track sessions for karts at their events on tracks like Firebird or PIR.

I've raced the one in Peoria. It was a lot of fun, but not quite as nice as the one down by the airport.

Do you remember the name of the track down by the airport? Also, did you rent a kart at these locations or do you own one?

Thanks for all the info so far.

This is the one by the airport: F1 Race Factory Phoenix - Indoor Kart Racing Entertainment - Go Karting AZ

They provide Karts (I don't own one) so I'm not sure if you can bring yours or not. I bet you could, as I had a co-worker who used to competition race and he had told me at the time he used to go there a lot when he was racing...
