Has this city changed for better or for worse? I lived in Mesa for 3 years and could not deal with the heat, the trashy people and the lack of things to do. Anyways, I was watching an episode of COPS in Mesa last night and I almost threw up. The cops had a bicycle sitting out by one of the grocery stores off of Main St in Mesa and the bicycle would get stolen in a matter of 5 minutes. I was thinking, probably a Mexican or a Black guy but NO, a White Trash toothless hillbilly woman jumped on the bicycle and rode it away in a matter of 3 minutes
She probably had not taken a shower in a week.

Phoenix is the number one growing city I believe? Must not be TOO bad. Every major city has its downside. But it's a great place to live. I've lived here my whole life. The hot weather is not that big of a deal. Only 4 hot months out of the year. The other 8 months are perfect weather. Phoenix will eventually become the 3rd populous city in America.

I would say the national coverage of the kidnappings in Phoenix have hurt tremendously; even though this has been going on for years, the local newspaper did not report it. Now they are because of the exposé on ABC last month.
