Does anyone know where I can find a furnished rental for atleast 3 months, maybe longer? I would be willing to rent out an apartment, home or a townhome, just as long as its furnished. I am looking to stay in a safe, quiet part of Phoenix as well. I would like to keep the monthly rent under 1000. Thank You

Check craigslist. There are rental listings, and/or you can put your own free ad for what you're looking for. Example: corporate turnkey condo-short term 30 Days to 8 months (http://phoenix.craigslist.org/evl/sub/1186438457.html - broken link) Good luck!

I would suggest checking out vrbo.com or vacationrental.com

For 3 months you also might consider Extended Stay. Don't know what their rates are.

Many apartment complexes have furnished units available. If I did not have a cat, I would be doing exactly that in the cities where I work. I did that in New Jersey and when I moved out, all I had to do was pack my suitcase, toss in a duffle bag and my laptop computer in my truck and drive off back west. I paid a professional cleaner $80 to clean my apartment and I got my entire deposit back. It was a month to month lease for ten months and cost $1670 per month. I had all the furniture, linens, kitchen utensils, but did not have a washer or dryer in the unit.

Some places have sort of old furniture in furnished units, so be on the lookout.
