I'm passing on the word about this co-op. You pay $15 (plus $1.50 handling fee and a first time fee of $3) for a basket that contains fruit and vegetables. Pick up days are Saturdays in the morning, usually 7 or 8. You get random stuff like bananas, strawberries, lettuce, broccoli, tomatoes, etc. You don't get to pick what you want though, they just have the baskets there and you empty the contents into your own box/basket/bag/whatever. They have pick up locations all over the metro area. It's a great deal if you ask me (and even if you don't ask). I highly recommend it

Max I agree and it should start getting better because they recently added two states. It will be great when i have a large freezer to take advantage of this.
