Painting the exterior is a costly job. Do you know any painter charge less while doing a quality job? Thank you.

I don't have a specific recommendation for you, I can't actually remember the name of the company that did mine... I will say that in this economy, people are really fighting to get remodel/painting, etc. jobs. If the house is in the East Valley, look at the ads in the Wrangler News (they have a website) lots of licensed painters advertising there. I'd start a bidding war, if I were looking for a painter now.

Thank you for your suggestions. I will ask people I know for recommendation. You get what you pay for. I want pay enough so people are motivated to do a good job.

I just had our house repainted, and I did quite a bit of shopping around and got several bids. I also went to Dunn Edwards Paints and asked them for a list of painters they worked with and that they would recommend. I ended up hiring Travis Gilbert of Gilbert's Painting. Ph is 480-495-1675. I am extremely pleased and happy with the job they did and it was VERY well priced. I think they are just trying to keep everybody working during this slow down.

I have used Shanahan Painting. Licensed and bonded, reasonably priced, professional and cares about the end product. The owner's name is Sally and the phone is 602-482-9176.
