Queen Creek does have homes under $100K and not all of them are short sales. I have a blog on here that has a Queen Creek market update where I have seperated Queen Creek into 3 different areas and given the information of what homes are selling for. Definetely research any area or subdivision you are thinking about moving to. I find it best to talk to the neighbors, visit local restaurants and businesses, you will find out everything you need to know and more

You get a good deal with more equity maybe...offer price won't go down....You guarantee your loan according to how preapproved goes...but remember closing costs, bank fees, title fees, etc., ...they nickel and dime you

If you in for a 300K home and up then i think you should wait and see. For 100K range i think you need to act FAST though.
