How do I post a photo in CD?

Is it me or has the img code been disabled? All I get now (and all I have seen from others) are links that open in a new window, the image is no longer part of the post.

Between the "my pictures" file on my drive, I also use Photo-Bucket as well as Picasa. I am using each for what they are good for and am moving them back and forth quite a bit.
