I just recently noticed that the focus is not even in the images produced from my Canon Powershot SX120 is. It's really bugging me, but I'm not sure if its a normal issue with megazoom point and shoots.

First off, let me state that the blurring only occurs in the lower left corner of images, and only at wide angle (38mm). I've compared multiple pictures, all using the same aperture (f4) and they all give me the same result. There is a noticeable difference between the bottom right and bottom left corner sharpness. The autofocus mode is on center bracket.

here are two sample pictures so you can see.

Youll notice that everywhere else, the focus is fine. Just that bottom left corner... did I get a defective lens?

It's not that noticable to me. I wouldn't have seen it without you telling me.

Nice pictures.
