Saw this one while on a delivery to a local apartment complex. The shot itself isn't especially artistic or impressive, but I am proud that I was able to get it with so little time to plan. I didn't even know there was a rainbow out; I drove around the turn and there it was. Since I was driving I didn't have time to compose the shot in full manual mode like I usually do, so I made a split-second decision to set the mode to shutter priority, put the shutter speed at a reasonably high number to avoid motion blur, and prayed the aperture would be able to open enough to let in enough light for a decent signal-to-noise ratio. As my turn approached I slowed down, pointed my camera at the rainbow and made my exposure. It worked out pretty well in the end. This all took place in about three or four seconds.
Times like this are when a decent understanding of the *craft* of photography count the most. I managed to get decently exposed, noise-free, blur-free shot off with only a few short seconds of planning, in a situation where I could barely even look at my settings.

Card my friend made me in 2001 when I was 12 and she was 13. Yes, I save all of my cards. I'm in the process of putting my cards in a bigger box.
