Can anyone point me in the direction of the rules that pertain to posting only one picture per day?
I clearly started a thread that stated it was for folks who wanted to post more than one picture per day. That thread was then moved to this thread which, as I was so kindly told, only supports one picture per day.
I checked the TOS to see if there was a violation for posting more than one pic per day to see if my new thread would be in violation. I don't see anything in particular in the TOS or the rules of this forum that dictate as such. If there is something please let me know as I'd like to not be in trouble for posting pics in violation of rules that I can't find.
bigthirsty, there are a lot of other categories available if you look back amongst the pages of this forum where you can usually find a place to post many of your photos, but for this particular topic, Random Photos, it was intended as stated by the OP that only one photo per day per individual should be posted.
I personally don't understand why some posters start their own threads for photos either when they could fit into one of these topics that already has a thread or why some people post the same photos in more than one thread, which seems redundant (although forgetfulness I can relate to!).

I'm not upset with the one photo per day rule as stated in the first post of this thread. However, it seems that that qualification was recently put on this thread as post #1 shows an edited date of November of this year. I truly don't remember that qualification being on this thread which is why I posted the multiples in this thread. It was my mistake which I completely own up to.
HOWEVER,
I started a thread simply called "Random Photos" with NO distinction of only one per day for those users who might want to actually post more than one random photo at a time.
That thread which I started last night was for some reason immediately merged with this thread.. which has the one photo per day rule stipulation.
I'm simply failing to understand why we can't have TWO threads for random photos.. 1 thread that allows 1 per day and 1 thread that allows more than 1 pic per day.
I do want to thank you for your pleasantness regarding this manner. I'm not here to cause trouble. Just looking for a simple explanation. Thanks again and I look forward to your reply.

You might want to read the "Terms of Service" Announcement at the very start of the Photography Forum and DM the moderator or complain to the higher-ups listed there. I was just trying to help you out and give a heads up to some of the newer members of this forum.
