I use a Canon EOS 7D. Most of my wildlife shots are taken with a Canon EF 100-400mm f4.5-5.6 L IS lens. It's not fast but it's a fine, surprisingly versatile lens.

Yes very nice lens! I particularly liked how fast I could change it between 100mm and 400mm.
