none of the 2 bedrooms in those listings are actually in regent square. some of them are in nicer parts of wilkinsburg (but not the regent square part) and some aren't. one of them is apparently in brentwood, which isn't anywhere near regent square. i didn't check the efficiencies and studios in those listings. most realtors consider it fair game to call anything between south braddock and the busway regent square but some of these are even on the other side of the busway.

i know i saw some cruddy apartments near me advertised by that same rental company as being in regent square. i love my neighborhood but i don't live in regent square.
