Will you be working in Hermitage? It's definitely a nice town, but i'm not sure on rentals. I live across the border in Ohio.

The townhouse / duplex things at Hermitage Hills might be your best bet. Little Acres takes pets.

There probably aren't many houses for rent. It's the owner-occupied place of Shenango Valley, as opposed to Sharon that is about 60% rental houses now. Call Howard Hanna and other realtors and see if they have any rentals that they manage for independent owners. Hermitage is where people want their kids to go to school, and school has already started, so you might not find much now that isn't an apartment.

Sharpsville has rental houses, but that school system is not as desirable mostly b/c of the "fight club" kids that keep disputing the peace. South Pymatuning is much more rural but there might be some apartments that will do. Bortners used to have a rather decent place out by Bortner Bus.
