I remembered you've lived in many places too. I almost posted 'members like Copanut and I" have lived in many different areas.

It would be nice to see all of our past areas plotted out on a map. It will give a better reflection of the views and knowledge that Pittsburgh forum members have here.

Once you get over the fear of driving over a bridge, Pgh is wide open.

I'm the Oakdale vote, although technically I probably should have picked North Fayette. My mailing address is Oakdale, but I'm about 2 or 3 miles from the Home Depot/Target/Best Buy etc. in Robinson. I'm 5 miles from the actual borough of Oakdale.

The mailing addresses are so weird here. An apartment complex between my place and the Home Depot actually has a Coraopolis address.

When I came to PA I first lived at the Hawthorne apartment complex in Oakdale, followed by Chestnut Ridge, then I moved to Indiana, PA to go to IUP, came back, lived in Brookline, then we bought a house in Perry South

LMAO! Apparently your vote doesn't count!

I think he made a big mistake only including Allegheny County since many important suburbs are in other counties such as Cranberry.

He should at least have included an "other" option. Maybe the mods can edit it.

Apparently mine doesn't either. That's ok. I prefer to remain an enigma.

If he was only asking about those of us in Allegheny county, why would your vote matter outside of it?

If I broke down every municipality in Beaver County, Butler County, Washington County, Westmoreland County, etc., then those poll options would quickly grow by the hundreds more! LOL! During my first poll asking everyone what county they lived in nearly everyone lived in Allegheny County. I thought it would be interesting to just break that down further to see if there were any of us who didn't realize we were neighbors (i.e. beyond the two Swisshelm Park votes thus far I believe there are several more, which is amazing for such a tiny neighborhood). I'm a geography/demographics nerd, so this poll is really turning me on.
