I was wondering if anyone can recommend us some things to do for our 14 month old? I am looking for a place that he can play for a few hours supervised...or mommy and me? something when he can meet and make friends with peers his age...any suggestions would be greatly appreciate it.

I can Google, but I am looking for opinions on which is better? and also doesn't cost thousands!?

Thank you,

If you look at this thread: //www.city-data.com/forum/pitts...uld-we-go.html

Some very helpful Pittsburgh members posted information and maps about local playgrounds and parks.

Although at 14 months a playground might be difficult, I'm sure by the summer he will be ready willing and able.

Also, in the area we live, MyGym has been an excellent place for kids and parents to meet and have fun. I have heard good things about Gymboree Play & Music as well.

I would think Pittsburgh has both.

It may be helpful if you let us know what part of town you are looking in.
