Seemingly Pittsburgh can move up as well as some of the rating criteria is now in play as improvements go.
I want to read more about Columbus, Ohio and it's high ranking.

I seriously don't buy the Columbus ranking. It's a nice city, it has young people, but BOY can it be bland in the arts and entertainment department.
