Woah, woah, woah. I think burghgirl has it right. The type of business is everything. Heck, Oxford Center downtown does executive office suites for like $400 a month! So, depending on the business, you can get cheap rent like that, cheap office equipment is always around somewhere. From my experience, one of the greatest costs for small business owners is health insurance for a family. Paying for it all yourself is insane, also E&O insurance can be high too, depending on the business. Really, without knowing the type of business it's impossible to say.
