It is pretty odd how anyone can somehow justify killing someone with a gun, but attorneys sure are good at finding ways to do so. Goodness a man died from a road rage incident. Of course the guy with the gun was driving a Hummer. Figures.

Yeah. At least he is off the street. I feel bad for the truck driver's family. Road rage should never lead to murder. I mean goodness! Just call the cops and let them sort it out.

That guy belongs in prison for the rest of his life. Or executed. He is unstable and unpredictable and clearly a danger to society.

Buy what are the odds here? I give 40% that he'll be sentenced to a short time in jail and ordered to undergo treatment for his alleged PTSD and be back to happily cruising around in his Hummer and bullying people within 3-5 years.

Sort of what I was thinking. When I see a Hummer, I just assume the driver has to be a bully type. Why else would anyone buy something like that? They are not known for good off road capabilities. Much too heavy. All about a look. Hey look at me, look at me I am here and can crush you. Guess he proved he could and did.

Ah well, things like this are tragic. Heated argument turns fatal.

He might get away with it. Pennsylvania's castle laws permit people to protect themselves and their property. It doesn't just apply to our houses but anywhere. What makes me uncomfortable is his using his PTSD from the military as his defense, but the very fact he was in the military, highly decorated, indicates that he has other skills he could use to defend himself. His shooting a gun is totally different from me shooting a gun. My point is, if a truck driver was punching me, I woudn't be able to defend myself, but this guy had other means to defend himself. And why didn't he shoot the guy in the leg or somewhere to slow him down. The fact he shot twice right in the chest is the most unsettling. I have to say, though, soldiers with PTSD can be dangerous MF'ers. But they shouldn't get away with killing people.

There are not many parking lots in existence that are more rage-inducing than Whole Foods.

And yet no shootings. I credit the calming influence of organic arugala.
