In general, with the exception of sports apparel, we don't seem to hawk much tourist junk. There may well be a niche for that.

Would be a place for an art gallery or the like, too. I guess I'm just saying that Shiloh might benefit having more destinations for visitors (without taking away the other things).

It's probably not zoned for it, but it would be nice if some of the new buildings along Grandview did have some space for food/retail. People would dig a sidewalk cafe or a bookshop/gallery.

It sounds REALLY cool. It also sounds to me like it could become a neighborhood amenity, including a fitness center that will be open to the public and a small theater (in the former auditorium).
