Dear everyone,

I recently got a job a couple months ago and it looks like they are keeping me on after the 90-day probation period. Now it's time for me to look for an apartment so I can live down here. I make 17 an hour before taxes and my renting budget is between 350-500 a month with or without utilities. I work on Washington Ave and I want to find an apartment that is driving distance no more than 10 minutes to work every day. I also do not want to live in a bad neighborhood. I was wondering if Pittsburgh veterans can help me out. I'm looking for an apartment that that is one bedroom, one bathroom, and a kitchen.

Can anyone give me some pointers? Thank you!

Carnage is a safe, but a little gritty in appearance style... The only place to avoid is in the area is Carneige Towers on Capitol Drive...

There are several apartment complexes above Noble Manor, not 5 minutes from Carnegie, and a lot of rentals on Crafton Blvd and Clearview Avenue behind those apartments.

Also, its right near the Noblestown Rd. Veterans Center near the Noble Manor Lanes
