I've always wanted to start a thread like this. Granted, this isn't the best story to launch it, but it inspired me.

Tide Thefts Leave Colo. Retailers Airing Dirty Laundry | ABC News Blogs - Yahoo!

The hot commodity is Tide laundry detergent. It's good stuff, but who would expect the black market to benefit so lucratively.

I bought a 100 oz. bottle of Tide for $15. That's expensive!

I know! Tide can get away with being expensive because it really is the best laundry detergent.

If you watch the video in the link, it says they resell a $20 bottle for $60 via selling it by the capful at the laundromat.
