I don't suppose anything. Maybe they'll put it into their charity. Maybe they'll use it to offset costs of lost wages or productivity due to grieving for their child. Maybe they'll use it to relocate to some place where their dead kid doesn't haunt them. Maybe they'll drink it, smoke it, or shoot it into their veins as a form of escapism.

I can think of quite a number of reasons that are more likely than "WOOOO Shopping spree!!!!"

Huh? Care to elaborate?

Anyhow, it is being asserted that Maddox Derkosh is dead because the zoo---not his mother---"acted recklessly". I'll reiterate that we've become a nation where people refuse to accept personal responsibility for their own actions.

Attorney's care nothing about that. They are wanting their percentage and the more money they extract from the zoo in this case the more they will make. Shame the zoo has to deal with this, but they are going to get hammered. It is a slam dunk for the attorney and the person who held their little one up on that fence. There is no way a jury won't melt seeing that picture of the child and just hand over whatever money is being asked for. Hope this doesn't hurt the zoo too bad, but maybe the attorney and the Derkosh family will donate a pile of money back to the zoo to help them along.

Agreed, if they had any intention if doing anything with the money rather then line their own pockets they would have mentioned it when filing the suit. Greed is sad way to taint the memory of a child.

I have found that lose/loser (in place of loose/looser) may be the most misspelled word on the Internet. I can't figure out why either as they are completely different.
