The PopCity information makes it seem like this is in the very early stages but it would be another nice addition to the area:

New 'innovation campus' coming to East Liberty

The building is the one right down East Liberty Ave. from Google, on the other side of the railroad bridge. Currently I think it's in use by the Penn's Corner Farm Alliance.

That building's in Larimer. I see the organization itself doesn't claim it's in East Liberty. Too bad Pop City does.

Hmm, I hadn't realized that Bakery Square is also in Larimer. I guess Larimer doesn't have quite the current cachet that East Liberty does

This is the old Salvation Army Building at Hamilton and East Liberty Blvd.

I've heard that this is in the very very early stages. Nothing solidified at all. Some of the people behind it have done big things in the past though.
