We've recently decided to quit renting and bu y a house. Right now we are living in crafton heights area and want to stay in that vicinity due to convenience but in a better school district. I've been driving my son to Banksville elementary because the local elementary school here is not good. However,I want to get him out of Pittsburgh public schools completely. We've been looking in crafton and ingram. I've seen on here that carlynton school may be in trouble so I've considered ingram more for the montour school district. There is a house I've seen online which I will be looking at next week. It's very close to the crafton/ingram shopping center it appears safe and I've driven by it at night. Does anyone have any opinions or advice on areas of ingram close to the shopping center?

Go fir it, the areas near the Crafton/Ingram Shopping Center (Ingram, Crafton, Oakwood, and Fairywood's Emerald Gardens Apartments) are all safe and stable.
