Penn Hills loves to have you put little handrails all over the place. They get to pound their chest and point their finger at stupid stuff thinking they are the big heroes of the day. Goodness!
Yeah, we had a nice metal handrail going up the steps to our house. They made the old owners add a ton of wood to it to make the gaps between bars smaller. It looked terrible. They (the old owners) also had to change a ton of the deck around the pool, eventhough we (the new owners) don't have kids and were planning to tear down the pool whenever spring came and we could drain the water (we bought in January/February). It was all very silly. There was some pointless cosmetic stuff they made them do in the basement too.
