I detect a tad bit of elitism in the OP. It is not over the top but it is there IMHO.

There are probably people in Pittsburgh who have not heard of either kind of food, either; certainly some who've never eaten it. I seriously doubt there are many people anywhere who haven't heard of Greek food.

I was disagreeing with this statement: "I don't find much appealing about the Midwest." Sorry I wasn't more grammatically correct.

I think the entirety of my posts on this subject, plus previous posts on same, both on this forum and General US and wherever else they show up, show that I do not think Pittsburgh is the midwest.

is west virginia better off without the rest of virginia? no. man this thread is full of bad ideas (philadelphia, the birthplace of pennsylvania to new jersey? wtf). does anyone know state history?
