Sorry you can't do that it's against the law

Absolutely disgusting fascist criminal and treasonous ruling by he state supreme court. Unfortunately with all of the decrepit corrupt fools running this state, it's not surprising. I know this will sound extreme to most of the sheeple masses, but these "justices" should be removed from the bench and thrown in jail. They are violating the Constitution, which is the only thing that is standing between what remains of our representative republic and outright fascism.

Any attack on constitutional amendments assuring our freedoms should be construed for what they are, which would be a direct attack on the idea of America itself and a blatant act of treason. The founding fathers fought the British over stuff like this, and they are probably spinning in their graves over all of the crimes the US government has committed in our name over the last decade.

People need to wake up and realize that allowing politicians to be bought for a price is a practice that is completely RUINING this country! The only way that we can stave off our current journey down the slippery slope of fascism is by preventing the corporations and greedy rich psychopaths from buying disproportionate influence in our legislatures.

Having our joke of a state legislature who is supposed to be looking out for the people and defending our constitutional rights effectively "rubber stamp" this federal garbage is sickening. It's enough to make me consider moving to a state that has the balls to tell the feds to take their unconstitutional illegal "laws" and shove them where the sun doesn't shine.

I didn't realize that searching a vehicle without a warrant was permissible anywhere until I read this. Kind of BS. I'm not ready to take to the streets and feed the tree of liberty over this, but that's kind of the point, these little intrusions into freedom are small on an individual basis but start to add up over time until freedom eventually dies the death of 1000 cuts.

My family plans to still tell them that we don't give them permission because maybe we'll get lucky and a lawyer can disprove their imaginary probably cause. Look at me, making plans for something that won't likely happen. Nobody in my family has ever been searched, but that doesn't stop me from taking our rights seriously.

Right; never give permission.
