Who is the main electric company provider in Pleasent Hills PA & West Mifflin? How about the water & gas company as well?

Probably Duquesne Light for West Mifflin, Pleasant Hills may be split between Duquesne Light and West Penn Power, its pretty close to the border.

Pennsylvania American Water is most likely the water company out that way.

Columbia and People's both have gas lines in the South Hills and Mon Valley area. There was a bit of a mad rush after gas was commercialized to get the gas lines in here. Even before fracking, western PA was a key location for gas production particularly in the early days. So you'll see neighborhoods split up between the gas companies, street to street.
