It may take a few minutes to download the pdf. Some highlights include phase I of Buncher's Strip proposal with a ton of renderings, a new apt. building near Whole Foods, CMU, and more.

Love the new apartment building on Centre Avenue near Whole Foods. Will really make a mark on that block. And the one at Centre and Graham will be very distinctive (I don't think it's in this report, though). I think this brings a total of almost 1,000 new apartment in the Centre/Baum corridor stretching from East Liberty to Liberty Avenue.

I also don't think that Buncher's proposal is too bad. At five stories, I wish that they had gone taller, but this is Phase I. I understand that those closer to the Convention Center will be taller. I like the fact that it is on s continuous building on it's south face. That goes well with the Produce Terminal. Many do not expect much from Buncher because they have been known to slack. Considering, this is not a bad start.

I also think Buncher's initial plans for the Strip look great! I was thinking the proposed structures would be hideous. I'm also happy the new Arby's in Bloomfield will be pulled right up against the sidewalk with the parking lot in the rear.
