WBC is basically a shakedown enterprise that lives to sue municipalities for violating their civil rights under the guise of a church & they're very successful at it.

The truth is that it's a word that is used in many contexts. I agree that it is used as a code word for black man (though I would argue it's usually used more specifically for young black men from the city).
But that doesn't preclude the correct use as well. Just because some folks use it as down low way to say the N word, doesn't mean that a person (white or black) can't actually be a thug (or at least act as one).
