Nice.

Hopefully he's made to pay $114k worth of restitution. I'm sure there's a local bridge in need of a coat of paint.

I am totally against tagging, too, but I don't ever really expect it to stop. It's up to the state to protect its own buildings and for individual property owners to do the same. If the Taggers get caught it seems to make sense that they should pay some kind of restitution for vandalism. It's just not such a serious crime that people really don't spend that much time investigating it.

Really? Would you have an issue paying to cleanup someone else's mess that was made on your property?

I'd like to see them walking around painted head to toe by the property owners.

There would definitely be less vandalism. Would certainly make one think twice before lacking respect for someone else's property.

One tagger can vandalize a lot of property, and cause a lot of damage.

I'd say its serious and should be cracked down on hard

Particularly as it is so difficult to catch the perp, making the punishment severe might discourage some of this.

Really gotta wonder what makes anyone think it's ok to vandalize someone else's property and those that don't see it being a big deal. Would love to see the same people after their property was vandalized and had to pay to clean up someone else's mess. I can only imagine they have no property to be vandalized.
