I have a high quality Fedora which needs repaired. A seam needs to be fixed.

It is similar to this:

Does anyone know where I can get this repaired in Pittsburgh?

I would take it to your local millinery shop.

If it's just a seam any place that does sewing alterations should be able to do the repair.

About 5 years ago, I recall reading a piece in the PG about a young new milliner who had just opened a studio in Pittsburgh. Perhaps a search on the internet or the archives of the PG would be helpful. Additionally something about the Cultural Trust and hats is coming to mind, but I don't know why. Over the week-end I will have a moment and if you do not have an answer by then perhaps I can find what I am recalling.
